Overview

The Package is a Five-Day cruise (For Indian Nationals and Foreigners can avail this package) which takes tourists to three islands in Lakshadweep – Kavaratti, Kalpeni and Minicoy, for day excursions and water sports.

During the day, Lunch, Refreshments and Entertainments will be provided ashore

Swimming, Snorkeling and other water sports are conducted during the day tour. Sightseeing (Marine Museum, Tuna Factory, Villages, etc.). Folk dances by local performers will be arranged in all the islands. Overnight stay is aboard the ship, and in the night we would be sailing to the next island.

MV Kavaratti. The ships have cafeteria, snack bars, doctor on call, entertainments and upper-deck promenade.

Ship facilities include three independent galleys, halls, recreation place with a swimming pool and a helipad. While planning your travel itinerary please provide a day at Kochi, both on the way to Lakshadweep and on the way back.

Itinerary

Day 1 - Departure from Kochi, Willing don Island

Request to report First Floor, Lakshadweep Wharf and Passenger facilitation centre at wellington island Kochi on Departure date. Boarding time will start 9:30 am to 11:00 am. Please be in patient while in queue for check in , All Passengers including children’s mandatory to carry photo id cards .After the security check in you will be transported by a bus to Wharf and board to M.V Kavaratti. There will be regular video show on board the ship. A short instructional video show also will be screened depicting the various facilities available on board the ship and about the rules and regulations to be followed by the tourists on board for their own safety and for the safety of co-passengers.

Request you to finish your morning chores very early , Morning tea will be serve 06.00 to 06.30, Breakfast 07.00 to 07.30 on board 07.30 to 08.00 Disembarkation (Follow the announcement on board) , 08:00 to 09:00 reception with welcome drinks , 09:00 to 13:00 Water Sports activities, 13:00 to 13:45 Lunch in the beach (Buffet separately for veg and Non Veg) , 14:00 to 15:30 sightseeing , 16:00 to 16:30 Evening Tea with Snacks , 16:30 to 16:45 Boarding/Embarkation to Ship M.V Kavaratti , 20:00 to 20:45 Dinner (Buffet separately for veg and Non Veg).

Rates are fixed by the Government only. No adjustment in the above rate, Payable only by cash at resort 5% Tax extra

15% cancellation charge will be deducted if the booking is cancelled 30 days before departure of the ship.
30% cancellation charge will be deducted if the booking is cancelled between 29th to 7th days before departure of the ship.
No refund if cancelled within 7 days before the departure of the ship.
100% refund if the schedule is cancelled due to unfavorable weather conditions and/or other unexpected technical faults.
No damages/claims will be payable except MONEY paid by guests to us.

Consumption of liquor is prohibited in Lakshadweep and in the ship as well.
Program / Schedule of ship is liable to be changed / cancelled without prior notice. Ships are operated by Lakshadweep Administration. In case of a change in the ship schedule liability of SPORTS is restricted to transporting the tourists back to Cochin by immediate available conveyance of the ship only
Tourists availing LTC may collect LTC certificate fromthe tour agency at the time of return journey.

ID Proof for each passenger is mandatory.
Boarding pass will be issued by providing booking details at Sports counter.
Report at Lakshadweep passenger scanning centre, Willingdon Island, Kochi in between 0930 hrs and1030 hrs on the journey date.
UT of Lakshadweep has been declared as prohibited area under Lakshadweep prohibition regulation 1979 and carrying liquor into Island is an offence under above regulation and rules framed there under.
